The total purchase consideration for the proposed transaction is USD 500,000, of which USD 300,000 is to be paid in cash and USD 200,000 in WPTG shares, payable in three instalments, at closing, after 12 months and after 24 months provided that targets are met, and all subject to customary due diligence and final agreements.

The proposed acquisition represents a strategic step in strengthening WPTG’s Digital Transformation and Digital Commerce portfolio, while expanding its footprint in high-growth Southeast Asian markets.
