Sema Khan
Board Member
Background: Ms Khan is a U.S. qualified lawyer, serial entrepreneur, and globally recognised strategy leader with more than 25 years of experience across government, investment, technology, and emerging-market ecosystems. She brings a unique blend of legal, regulatory, investment, and public-sector expertise, having held senior advisory, entrepreneurial, and executive roles across the Middle East, the United States, and global multilateral institutions.
She has served as a leader and advisor within Saudi government institutions, including roles in investment and sports-economy strategy, where she helped drive major economic and policy initiatives, including attracting foreign direct investment, developing regulatory frameworks, and building public-private partnerships.

Stein Peter Ski
Board member
Nordic business executive and board professional with extensive experience in finance, investment, operations and corporate development. He was born in 1967 and holds a degree in economics from the University of York, England. His career includes senior roles at Enskilda Securities in London, Stockholm and New York, ABG Sundal Collier in Stockholm, SwedCarrier under the Swedish Ministry of Enterprise, as well as Hakon Invest and ICA Gruppen. He has also held listed-company board positions, including Chairman of Motion Display. His experience in capital markets and public-company governance, combined with operational and strategic expertise, is expected to contribute to WPTG’s continued growth, particularly in relation to Nordic acquisitions, governance and integration.

Background: Ebrahim Laher is the founder of White Pearl Technology Group and serves as a strategic advisor to IT service businesses across South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, Germany, Italy, and Sweden. With over 25 years of experience spanning the evolution of the Internet and technology’s impact on society, He guides businesses through growth, innovation, and market adaptation in an era of digital transformation. Under his leadership, WPTG has expanded its reach across 30+ countries in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, delivering ICT solutions and system integration services. His advisory approach emphasises aligning technology adoption with sustainable business growth, helping organisations navigate the evolving technology services landscape while building stronger customer engagement and brand experiences.

Oscar Carling
Chief Investment Officer
Background: Oscar Carling has a background in finance, sales, and executive management, spanning both the public and private sectors. He most recently served as CEO of Spotr Group, a tech company listed on Nasdaq First North, and has previously served as CEO of Adligo, as well as in senior roles within investment banking, including Head of Corporate Sales at Mangold Fondkommission. He has experience acting as an advisor, buyer, and seller in M&A transactions across both private and public markets. Oscar studied economics at Uppsala and Umeå universitet.

Vice President Europe
Background: Tobias Österdal is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in leading and scaling technology-driven and consulting organisations in complex, high-performance environments. He has held C-level and executive roles, including Acting CEO, COO, and Deputy CEO, with full responsibility for strategy, operations, people leadership, and business development. Tobias brings strong expertise in organisational growth, operational excellence, and M&A execution, and is known for his structured, business-driven leadership style with a clear focus on long-term value creation.
